I’m going to have to go for pudding because it’s easier to make from scratch to avoid artificial colorings, etc. I’ve actually been pondering making some homemade pudding.

Okay. Pudding in the US is kind of like a mouse, but less fluffy. Think of it with less whip cream folded into it. It’s more – creamy and smooth. Kind of like yogurt, with all the sugar and sweetness. None of the live cultures and tartness.

If you get Jello-brand Pudding over there – it’s like that. (=

Sorry to be a pain… again, but what exactly is ‘pudding’?

‘Pudding’ in the UK is just another name for desert. ‘Pudding’ could be anything sweet, including jello/jelly.
